This is the best dental office I have ever been to, and I've been to many many offices in my time. The staff was VERY professional with a chicken patient (me), and made me feel as comfortable as I'm ever going to feel. Normally I'm shaking with fear and hate every second of my appointment, but this office made me feel much more at ease about the whole thing. Not sure what that other person below is talking about, I couldn't disagree more with her opinion of the staff and their treatment of me. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist or anyone who just doesn't like their current dentist.

I went to this dentist after years of not going. I was terrified but after getting there and meeting their very friendly staff I felt a little better about getting my teeth fixed. They explained everything they were doing and helped me get thru all of my fillings quickly. They also made it extremely easy to pay with a credit option that they offer. I Love Dr. Williams and will never be scared of the dentist again!!

I had an appt. on 10/16/08 and while in the chair getting an xray the tech hit my face with the machine and didn't apologize. The film that she put in my mouth was cutting my skin and I told her that it was hurting she ignored me. Frustrated I asked her to please hurry up becuase it was hurting. She looked at me and said that "excuse me, we move as fast as we can". I dropped it, seeing as how it was going nowhere. After the consult with the Dentist, I went to the receptionist to ask how much it was going to cost for the procedure, she acted as if I was bothering her and snapped "your insurance covers 60%". I had to ask her, "60% of how much?" She huffed and said that she didn't know that I would need to call and find out. They were referring me to another dentist for a root canal. I asked if they accepted my insurance and again she snapped and said "I don't know, why don't you call your insurance provider to find out". Several more comments like that were made. So after listening to her be rude, in front of other patients in the lobby I asked for them to pull my file and to give it to me, I was no longer going to go back there. I told her that she no right to treat me that way and that I wanted her name and I was going to file a complaint, she laughed and said that she wasn't going to give me her name. Keep in mind the whole time, the other office staff and the Dentist is standing there watching not doing anything! I turned to the guests in the lobby and stated to them that I hope they heard how they treat their patients and walked out. I can't believe that anyone who claims to care about patients would act like this with no regard when their business depends on the community.
