Don't waste time or money

My daughter had a baby son and I ordered a floral arrangement including balloons and fancy vase as a keepsake, needless to say I never heard from her telling how she liked the arrangement, later found out the next day late in the afternoonm that the floral shop apparently didn't have the flowers or the vase and none were ever sent. They reassured me that they would upgrade the flowers add a stuffed animal due to no specical vases and deliver them to her home that day. That afternoon (late) the delivery person called me for directions to my daughter house I live in Texas I couldn't give them directions finally got a hold of my son n law he gave them directions apparently they still couldn't find the home, they told my son n law to call the next day and come in to get the flowers' noone answered. I called to complan and the person HUNG UP ON ME' Extermly unprofessional,I hoping to get my money back . I will be calling the BBB. Don't use this florist if your out of town undependable and rude.
