The village is a collection of historic buildings that take visitors back to 19th century life and includes a visitors center full of artifacts and information about the village. It is located in southwest Goldsboro, near the town's municipal golf course. Buildings include a one-room school, a medical office, a law office, a family home, a Quaker Meeting House and a Tuscarora Indian Village.
